Objective:

Create and launch Flamagas’ own e-cigarette brand from scratch, positioning it as a trusted, pleasurable alternative to traditional tobacco and as a new growth pillar beyond lighters.

Summary:
We built BRIO from zero: name, brand platform and visual identity, plus the physical product design of a full proprietary e-cigarette range. In parallel, we developed the international go-to-market strategy (130+ countries), with phased launches, multi-channel distribution and an activation and loyalty framework ready to scale.
