Objective:

Position Boulanger as a distinctive, trusted French electronics retailer in Spain — not just another big-box store. We had to define a clear territory for the brand, adapt its “Equipamos tu vida” promise to Spanish consumers, and turn the entire store experience into a driver of traffic, loyalty and sales.

Summary:
From Paris HQ we were chosen to lead Boulanger’s entry into Spain: brand positioning, creative strategy and launch, plus, together with Mormedi, the full design model for the new stores. We transformed the brand into a “cinema-like” retail experience — three universes (mobility, comfort, leisure), iconic orange “B” signage, clear levels of communication and hot zones for innovation — creating a scalable concept for Alcorcón and future openings.
