Objective:

Launch the first airline affinity credit card in Spain for Iberia customers worldwide, using it as a new loyalty and revenue engine for the airline. The goal was to attract high-value users, stimulate frequent flying and build long-term engagement with Iberia’s loyalty ecosystem.

Summary:
We partnered with Iberia to launch the first aviation affinity card in the Spanish market, designed for Iberia customers all over the world. The strategy combined targeted direct marketing with international advertising campaigns in key countries to acquire and activate cardholders. The affinity card became a core growth driver for Iberia’s loyalty programme, today known as Iberia Plus / Iberia Club, which now counts more than 6.5 million members worldwide.
