Objective:

Introduce Lladró into the US market with its first flagship boutique in New York, repositioning the brand from “classic porcelain figurines” to a contemporary luxury house for art, décor and lighting — and using the store as a global showcase for the new creative direction.

Summary:
From Spain, we led the launch and opening of Lladró’s first store in the United States, in New York City. Our role covered the full strategic and creative approach: boutique launch concept, in-store experience and brand expression, as well as the creative direction of Lladró’s collections with campaigns rolled out worldwide. The New York boutique became both an entry point into the US market and a stage to present Lladró’s evolution as a modern luxury brand.
